As a complement to our construction management team in Bern, you are an enthusiastic person who can demonstrate solid experience in the implementation of architectural projects in the tension between design and execution. Your tasks include the independent structural implementation of our projects from tendering to commissioning. Thanks to targeted training and support from experienced team members, you will continuously develop yourself.

What you bring with you:

Completed training as a construction manager as well as construction management experience in Switzerland.
Strong quality standards and joy in precise architectural implementation.
Confident handling of common construction management tools (we work with MS Project and Messerli).
Clear, winning communication and high commitment in project work.
Willingness to take responsibility in the office beyond the projects.
Very good German skills; additional languages are a plus.
