Your tasks
You will develop the KISIM AI Platform – the next generation of AI-supported clinical information systems:
- Design and implementation of AI features such as automatic report generation, AI agents, data extraction, and semantic search
- Development of production-ready AI solutions to relieve medical staff
- Development of full-stack solutions from backend (Node.js, Python) to frontend (React)
- Integration of AI models (LLMs, local and cloud-based)
- Development of internal AI tools to improve our development processes
Your profile
You have completed training in computer science, medical informatics, or have comparable professional experience. You also have solid experience in web development:
- js, React, TypeScript
- Python for ML/AI components
- Cloud technologies and DevOps practices
You bring with you
- Practical experience with machine learning, LLMs, and NLP
- Knowledge in MLOps/LLMOps and vector databases
- Interest in healthcare and its digital transformation
You are characterized by
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Enjoyment of continuous learning and development
- Very good German and/or English skills
