Your area of responsibility
As part of your activity, you will be responsible for advising and supporting target customers in the HVAC field in the regions of Vaud and Valais to sustainably strengthen customer loyalty. Active prospecting of new projects is also part of your tasks, as well as scheduling appointments, surveying installations, and preparing offers to achieve sales targets. You lead two field service employees, coordinate their tasks, and promote their continuous development. At the same time, you analyze the market, monitor the competition, and regularly make proposals on sales strategy. Supporting projects from acquisition to conclusion is also part of your responsibilities. In close collaboration with the internal service, you ensure smooth business operations and participate in trade fairs and events to expand your professional network. In addition to these strategic and operational tasks, you also handle administrative duties such as expense accounting and regular updating of sales documents.
Your profile
• Basic technical training in heating or sanitary field
• Additional qualification in the commercial field (e.g., technical sales or business school)
• Several years of experience in field service, preferably in the heating sector
• Experience in management and ability to motivate and coordinate a small team
• Commercial personality and excellent negotiation skills
• Very good command of German, spoken and written
• Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Great perseverance, commitment, and self-confidence
• Team spirit and good communication skills
• Neat appearance, reliability, and loyalty
