Our secretariat offers you a new professional opportunity as a medical secretary within the Moutier Hospital at the UHPA, on the Mental Health Pole side. The Adolescent Psychiatric Hospitalization Unit (UHPA) welcomes young people requiring specialized mental health care. It provides multidisciplinary therapeutic support in a secure environment, in close connection with families and medico-social partners.
Job Description
Telephone and administrative reception of adolescents, families, and external partners
Management and follow-up of patients' medical and administrative files
Organization and scheduling of consultations, admissions, and discharges
Writing, formatting, and distribution of letters, reports, and medical certificates
Administrative coordination with the multidisciplinary team (doctors, nurses, psychologists, social workers)
Follow-up of internal and external administrative transmissions
Strict respect for confidentiality and professional secrecy
Qualifications
- Medical secretary diploma or training appreciated
Experience in hospital, medico-social, or mental health environment desired
Proficiency in office tools and patient file management software (Mastery of Carefolio and OPALE software is a plus)
Good organizational skills, priority management, and teamwork ability
Interpersonal skills, listening skills, and professional attitude adapted to an adolescent audience
Discretion, rigor, and respect for professional secrecy
Ability to manage sensitive situations with calm and discernment
Excellent presentation
