Your team
Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments.
As an IT auditor in the Internal Audit department in Geneva, you will carry out internal audit assignments covering information systems, security and AI across the Pictet Group.
Your role
• Conduct IT audits: planning, carrying out and reporting on IT audits to assess internal controls, risk management and compliance.
• Evaluate IT systems: analysing IT infrastructure, applications and processes to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
• Risk assessment: identifying and assessing IT-related risks, including cybersecurity threats and system vulnerabilities, and recommending mitigation actions.
• Compliance monitoring: ensuring that IT systems and processes comply with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Data security: reviewing the effectiveness of data protection measures, including encryption, access controls and data retention policies.
• AI systems oversight: assessing the risks and controls of AI systems, focusing on algorithmic transparency, data integrity and ethical compliance.
• Support for business audits: providing expertise on automated controls, IT, security and AI during business audits.
• Suggest improvements: recommending pragmatic solutions and following up on implementation.
• Present findings: presenting audit reports to management.
• Cooperation: sharing insights with internal stakeholders and contributing to improving audit processes using AI and data analytics.
Your profile
• Holder of an engineering-based degree in Computer Science, or qualification deemed equivalent.
• At least five years’ experience as an internal or external IT auditor in banking, finance, information security or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of IT processes and risks.
• Excellent technical knowledge, including of cloud technologies, DevOps, operational security, cyber security, AI and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of banking processes and related IT applications; knowledge of Avaloq would be a definite plus.
• CISA certification required, or the willingness to obtain it rapidly.
• French mother tongue and fluent in English, with excellent writing skills in both languages.
• Good knowledge of another language, especially German, Italian or Spanish, would be a plus.
• The successful applicant must be resident in Switzerland.
