• Care, support and advice for our tenants at home as well as our deaconesses in the Quelle
• Conducting needs assessments and case management
• Ensuring the care process with appropriate documentation
• Accurate recording of service data
• Collaboration with relatives, doctors, hospitals, nursing homes and other specialist agencies

This is how you convince us:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse DN II/HF/FH
• High social, methodological and professional competence
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Up-to-date IT skills (MS Office, Carecoach)
• Independent and responsible way of working

About Residence Neumünster Park #LI-PZ1

Residence Neumünster Park is an operation of the Diakoniewerk Neumünster Foundation – Swiss Nursing School and includes the Magnolia residential and nursing home with over 60 single rooms for people who need care and support around the clock, a day group for people with dementia, the Spitex Neumünster Park, which covers the care and support of over 80 nursing apartments on the premises, the facility management as well as the gardening. It is also responsible for the care of the deaconesses in the Diakonissen-Schwesternschaft Neumünster.
