What awaits you:
- Ensure the maintenance and preventive upkeep of installations and equipment
- Manufacture and weld various mechanical and boiler parts
- Troubleshoot and analyze causes of breakdowns
- Provide on-call service according to a predetermined rotation
- Apply and comply with Holcim standards regarding health, safety, and environment
What you bring:
- Federal VET Diploma as an industrial equipment constructor, agricultural machinery mechanic, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in industrial maintenance and preventive control
- Ability to observe, think, analyze, and solve problems
- Comfortable with welding on thick materials and heavy machinery
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and willingness to learn
- Personal commitment to health and safety at work
