Your Tasks
- Flexible deployment within the residential homes as needed
- Support of residents in practical life skills
- Building and maintaining social skills and contacts
- Support in maintaining and promoting health
- Participation in community life
- Implementation of daily and weekly structured activities
- Documentation of services provided
- Organizational tasks
- Participation in team meetings, further training, and supervision
Your Profile
- An appreciative attitude and a resident-oriented approach to work
- A qualification in the fields of educational service, social pedagogy/social work, curative education, or occupational therapy is desirable but not mandatory
- Experience in working with people with intellectual disabilities is desirable but not mandatory
- Creativity, teamwork, flexibility, and commitment
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
