Health Specialist for Day Shift
(FaGe EFZ, 60% to 100%, m/f/d)

Your main tasks are

• Ensuring professional and holistic care and support of our residents during the day (all shifts; working hours: 07:00 to 22:00)
• Recognizing the individual needs of our residents as well as timely identification of emergency situations and acting accordingly
• Participation in quality assurance and support in the further development of care quality
• Ensuring skilled and seamless management of electronic care documentation (portable tablets)
• Interdisciplinary collaboration, also with other professional groups

You have

• Completed training as FaGe EFZ or equivalent, Swiss-recognized qualification
• Professional experience, preferably in long-term care
• Great motivation and joy in working with elderly people
• High social and professional competence
• Independent, responsible way of working
• Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to pursue specific further training
• Humor and ability to reflect
• Good German skills (speaking/writing) and IT affinity

We offer a home to around 100 residents in 3 residential buildings. One of our goals is to maintain and promote the autonomy of our residents for as long as possible.
