Your Missions:

Meet our customers' expectations both technically and by maintaining a quality customer relationship, effectively contributing to their satisfaction

After a training and introduction period, you will be responsible for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of installations in the geographic area

Your professionalism and rigor will allow you to carry out your activities in full compliance with contractual commitments and rules relating to the safety of property and people

As an ambassador of our company's image, you advise your customers, including on renovation matters

You also support your external sales colleagues in the sale of installations

You also periodically ensure on-call service

Your Profile:

Committed to service quality and endowed with excellent customer relations, you have professional training (with a CFC qualification) preferably in the field of electricity or another technical trade; combustion controller training (ARPEA) or federal certificate is an advantage
