Your role

As Head of Production & Logistics, you create an environment where teams take responsibility and employees act with commitment. Tasks awaiting you

• You take over the operational overall management of production & logistics and ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality production of our kitchen furniture.
• As a leader, you are responsible for the entire area with around 180 employees and lead it honestly, respectfully, and appreciatively in line with our cultural values.
• You lead the management team of 6 department heads and develop viable, practical solutions together with them.
• You represent production & logistics in the extended executive management and coordinate collaboration with all relevant interfaces.
• You plan, organize, and monitor production processes and continuously develop them together with your team.
• You actively participate in cross-departmental projects and drive improvements forward.
• For the further development of production, you work closely with the head of production development.
• Even in challenging situations, you create transparency, clarity & orientation.

The background you bring

• You have 5-10 years of proven leadership experience in industrial production, ideally in shift operations.
• You have a technical education at HF / FH level (Technician HF, Production Manager, Engineer FH or comparable).
• Further training in Lean Management or Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Highly automated wood/furniture or comparable manufacturing systems are not foreign to you.
• You have an understanding of mechatronic systems, CNC technology, and robotics.
• You can apply your experience in budget, time, and resource management in a targeted manner.
