At the interface between administration and politics, we are looking for an upbeat personality with organizational and administrative flair to support the city clerk and the executive management immediately or by arrangement as
Your tasks
- Proactive organizational and administrative support in daily business
- Preparation and follow-up of executive management and coordination meetings
- Minute taking as well as managing pending tasks and appointments
- Creation of correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organization of internal and external events as well as workshops
- Coordination and participation in projects
Your profile
- Commercial basic training (EFZ) or bachelor's degree in a legal, business administration, or political science field
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in public administration
- Team-oriented, loyal, and resilient personality with high discretion
- Strong organizational skills as well as structured and independent working style
- Confident handling of MS Office and digital tools
- Very good German skills with a confident style of expression in spoken and written language
