In nine municipalities in the Leimental region, we offer inpatient and outpatient nursing and care services. This offering is complemented by the possibility of partial inpatient stays at the senior day and night care center. The Blumenrain Foundation is shaped by around 300 employees who act independently in the interest of the community. Your tasks with us:

• Ensuring professional basic and treatment care
• Accompanying, advising, and supporting clients and their relatives
• Co-responsibility in supervising trainees
• Co-responsibility for a good working atmosphere

Our expectations of you:

• Completed training
• Professional competence and an independent working style
• Sense of responsibility, high social skills, and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Computer skills
• Possession of a category B driving license
• Good written and spoken German skills
