Your Tasks
- Accompany our residents in their personal competence development and provide support during mental crises
- Process responsibility and networking with internal and external agencies
- Day responsibility and deputizing in the absence of the offer management
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nurse, social pedagogue HF/FH, or social work FH/HF
- Experience working with people with a mental impairment
- Flexibility and ability to empathetically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities
