We are looking for a Fashion Advisor (m/f) full-time starting May 1, 2026.
As a Fashion Advisor (m/f), you are a brand ambassador, advise international customers, are confident in style, and share our passion for fashion and service.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
Expertise in selling exclusive prêt-à-porter, leather goods, shoes, perfumes, as well as accessories, high-quality watches, and jewelry
Ensuring excellent customer service according to the values of our house
Active development and maintenance of our customer relationships
Collaboration in a diverse, international team
WHAT YOU BRING:
Ideally several years of experience in a comparable position, preferably also in upscale hospitality, gastronomy, or flight attendant roles
A very high level of service orientation, commitment, and sales talent
Positive attitude and enjoyment in dealing with international customers
Enthusiasm for quality and high-end collections
Organized working style, flexibility, and independent action
Stress resistance, as well as diplomatic and confident demeanor
Good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
