What to expect
- Responsibility for the entire product strategy in the area of partner integration – professionally leading, strategically thinking, technically sound
- Further development of our partner system landscapes with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and future viability
- Close collaboration with relevant stakeholders such as category management, sales, and commercial teams
- Creation and maintenance of a clearly prioritized product roadmap, including identification of new potentials
- Design and implementation of new features – from idea through prototyping to going live
- Active role in the agile team with hands-on contribution to the development of sustainable technical solutions
- Evaluation of new technologies, interfaces (e.g., EDI, API), and systemic best practices
- Promotion of an inclusive, user-centered product development process
- Establishment and further development of modern method sets as well as innovative tools in the area of integration
- Shaping technological standards and responsibility for sustainable product success
What you bring
- Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, data science, business administration, or a related field
- Professional experience in digital product management, ideally in the context of partner solutions, integration technologies, or e-commerce platforms
- Confident understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban as well as experience in interdisciplinary teams
- High analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a strong customer and solution orientation
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and persuasiveness in the stakeholder environment
- Experience with API design, EDI interfaces, or comparable integration logics
- Good knowledge in the area of AI tools, LLM technologies, and prompt engineering
- Structured, independent working style with a strong drive for innovation
- Interest in market developments, trends, and technologies in the area of partner integration
- Enjoyment in continuously questioning and improving processes and structures
