- Administrative and organizational management of the paramedical team
- Staff supervision
- Internal and external communication
- Contribution to the development of the medical center
- Radiology
- Laboratory
- Various care, blood draws, and infusions
- Assistance during consultations
- Tarmed billing
- Various secretarial tasks
Your profile:
- Medical assistant CFC with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in a medical center
- Proven experience of several years in team supervision
- Additional training in management or CMA certificate - Management orientation is an asset
- Knowledge of Axenita software is an asset
- Dynamic and flexible, good ability to work in a team
