- Lead the team personnel-wise, organizationally, and professionally and promote individual development.
- Ensure sales-oriented support and development of key accounts in the field of energy consulting as well as electricity and gas solutions, and independently advise and expand key customers.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in close coordination with marketing.
- Systematically analyze sales figures, leads, contracts, and departures based on data and derive measures from them.
- Conduct customer and potential analyses and ensure the maintenance and use of the CRM system in daily business.
