- The Bethel Home Foundation is a living place hosting 65 residents over 65 years old whose physical or mental health condition requires support 7 days a week and 24 hours a day until the end of their life
The position:
- Contract type: 1-year fixed-term contract (possibility of permanent contract upon expiry)

Job description
- Contribute to promoting the quality of life of residents by supporting, over time, the institution's project in the field of palliative care
- Conduct activities with an interdisciplinary approach from admission to death
- Cooperate in resident support projects with an interdisciplinary vision
- Ensure optimal quality of care in compliance with current standards
- Perform delegated medical acts and keep records up to date
- Ensure quality oral and written handovers
- Support the work of ASA and nursing assistants
- Participate in the training of apprentices and new sector collaborators
Profile sought
- A CFC in ASSC (VAE not accepted) + right to practice
- 3 years of work experience in EMS in the required profile – mandatory
- Knowledge of palliative care
- Knowledge of the DIR (Sadies) IT tool – desired
- Mastery of the French language
- A sense of responsibility
- An interest in interdisciplinary work
