Your tasks:
- Managing various construction projects in remodeling and building renovation
- Creating construction programs and hourly schedules
- Creating installation plans
- Preparation of work planning (AVOR), request for quotations, and purchasing relevant materials
- Assigning personnel according to specifications and performance values
- Deploying and planning subcontractors and secondary contractors
- Developing additional claims and work on account
- Enforcing occupational safety regulations
- Measuring components and comparing them with the contracts for work
- Ensuring the quality of the construction project
Your profile:
- Diploma as construction manager or HF engineer
- Comprehensive expertise in remodeling, building renovation, and structural engineering
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Initiative, assertiveness, resilience
