Job Description
With our competent services, we secure the value of our properties and ensure uninterrupted production operations. We are responsible for infrastructural as well as technical plant and building maintenance at the locations Zurich, Widen, Birr, Ennetbürgen, Kirchberg, and Baar. In addition to preventive maintenance work, we are also responsible for repairs and cleanliness in the properties and outdoor areas.
In this role, you are responsible for the following tasks:
- Responsibility for the technical and infrastructural operation at the headquarters in Baar
- Maintenance of systems, coordination of external service providers
- Performing small technical tasks independently
- Maintaining technical data in the CAFM system
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing measures for technical system malfunctions
- Participation in construction and maintenance projects
- Responsibility for site maintenance
- Support with real estate management tasks
- Implementation and enforcement of EHS regulations
- Deputizing for the property manager colleague at other Sika locations
Qualifications
- Technical or manual basic training (e.g., building technology, electrical or building services engineering)
- Several years of experience in operational property management as well as in facility management/building administration
- Service-oriented with a polished, professional appearance
- Strong communication skills, courteous and reliable in dealing with internal and external contacts
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
- Good IT user skills (MS Office, CAFM systems)
- Driver's license category B and willingness for cross-location assignments
