With your organizational talent, you lead the team with clarity and heart, ensuring that tours, vehicles, and documents run smoothly together. In this responsible role, you accompany the integration of the Schwarzenbach site. You actively shape this process and contribute daily to environmental protection and resource conservation through your work.

• Technical and personnel leadership of the dispatch team as well as the drivers at the Amriswil, Staad, and Schwarzenbach locations
• Primary workplace in Amriswil with regular assignments in Schwarzenbach
• Responsible for the logistics KPIs of the three locations
• Operational dispatch and deployment planning of drivers considering cost-effectiveness, customer requirements, and legal regulations
• Integration and further development of the Schwarzenbach dispatch within the organization in Amriswil
• Ensuring smooth information flow between drivers, customers, and internal departments
• Order acceptance, control, and administrative processing of transport orders
• Affinity for numbers
• Conducting employee interviews as well as promoting and supporting employees
• Creation of VeVA and ADR documents as well as ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Maintenance of master data as well as management of relevant certificates and systems (e.g., CZV, TachoPlus, SuccessFactors)
• Further development and organization of packaging and vehicle management (e.g., MFK, repairs, LSVA)

• Technical or commercial basic training with experience in dispatch or transport logistics
• Experience in leadership or coordination of employees is an advantage
• Good PC user skills, experience with dispatch systems is an advantage
• Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
• Good geographical knowledge of Switzerland
• High customer orientation, organizational talent, and leadership skills
• Resilient, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to travel between Amriswil and Schwarzenbach
