The Sägermatt Retirement and Nursing Home offers a home to 50 people in need of light to intensive care from Lengnau and the surrounding area. Of these, 12 places are in the residential group for people with dementia or people with special needs. We support and promote their existing resources and are particularly committed to meaningful and enjoyable life and daily activities.
To complement our care team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement
Health Specialist at least 80% with Vocational Training Function
You bring
- Experience in the care and support of elderly people
- Joy in the profession and in dealing with elderly people and people with special needs
- High social competence
- Ability to work in an intraprofessional and interdisciplinary team
- Enjoy working with learners; ideally, you have completed or wish to complete the vocational trainer course
- Willingness to take on different shifts
Tasks
- Ensuring professional care based on the care process
- Professional care and support of residents in complex situations
- Documenting and interpreting the nursing services provided
- Taking over daily responsibility after a systematic induction phase
