Finance Intern (M/F) at 100%

In this position, you will join the finance team based at the administrative headquarters in St-Prex (canton of Vaud).

Your main tasks

• Participate in the daily activities of the finance team (accounting, management control, reporting).
• Contribute to the entry and control of supplier and customer accounting.
• Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and payment follow-up.
• Collaborate in the development of internal financial reports and the preparation of budgets/forecasts.
• Provide continuous improvement solutions in your area of expertise.
• Support management and staff for any finance-related questions.

Your profile

• Student in higher education (Bachelor or Master) in finance, accounting, management control or similar field.
• Strong interest in financial management and data analysis.
• Being comfortable in German (spoken) is an undeniable plus.
• Proficient in Excel and ideally, knowledge of an ERP in financial management.
• With an excellent team spirit and ease in interpersonal relationships, you are a trustworthy, discreet and reliable person.
• Your organizational skills make you methodical, proactive, conscientious and deadline-oriented.
• Possessing great adaptability and excellent stress management, you demonstrate responsiveness and have a positive and dynamic personality.
