What you achieve:
- Negotiation and drafting of contracts with hospitals, clinics, attending physicians, associations, and outpatient service providers
- Implementation of the negotiation strategy taking into account the market situation
- Conducting cost analyses and tariff calculations
- Collaboration in defining the regional negotiation strategy as well as building and further developing negotiation tools
- Representation of service procurement in internal and external committees
Why you succeed:
- You are a structured, assertive, and resilient personality with a strong customer and service orientation
- You have a (technical) university degree (FH/Uni/ETH), ideally with a legal, economic, or medical background
- As a convinced team player with pronounced communication skills and a passion for networking, you contribute significantly to the team and company success
- You have experience in negotiating contracts or in purchasing services
- You bring strong conceptual and analytical skills combined with a flair for numbers
- You speak and write fluent German (business fluent). Knowledge of French and Italian as well as several years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system would be a great advantage
