The objective of the Blood Transfusion Center (CTS) is to collect and produce labile blood products within the framework of legal and normative bases to supply patients in the canton of Geneva.
Job Description
You provide administrative support and assistance to the head of the care team, assisting them with tasks related to their functions.
You manage, update, and monitor the various schedules of the care teams.
You are responsible for the logistical and administrative organization of various conferences, as well as the drafting and transcription of minutes.
Thanks to your interpersonal skills, you collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, employees, and various partners.
While responding to various requests, you successfully and independently carry out administrative activities related to your role and develop a close relationship with the different stakeholders within the unit.
You perform any other administrative tasks within your competencies as required by the head of care.
Qualifications
You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee and/or a diploma as a medical secretary, or any equivalent training deemed appropriate.
You have 1-2 years of successful experience in a similar position within a medical secretariat.
You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written. Medical terminology is easily understandable to you.
You have very good knowledge of computer tools (ECDL advanced certificate for Word and standard for Excel), and knowledge of software used at HUG (DPA, DPI, OPALE, GRECO, Winscribe, Vision RH, Eprocess, Lab Request, Gesplan) is a real asset.
Mastery of the HUG Vision RH application tool, especially for scheduling, is highly recommended.
While having excellent organizational and prioritization skills, you are autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, and precise in the tasks assigned to you.
You also have the tools to handle unforeseen events and easily manage stressful situations and priorities.
Your adaptability and versatility will allow you to support the head of care in their administrative activities.
Finally, you demonstrate a strong sense of confidentiality and have the ability to comply with standards and procedures.
