For the management of condominium and rental properties, we are looking for
an experienced and conscientious
Property Manager
(70–100%)
What you will achieve
• You take responsibility for the commercial management
of your own portfolio, including condominium and rental properties
• You are the first point of contact for customers, craftsmen, and caretakers
• You take over the comprehensive management of various rental administration mandates from daily business to successful (re)letting
of rental properties
• The preparation, conduct, and follow-up of condominium owners' meetings are also part of your responsibilities
Why you will succeed
• You bring at least 5 years of practical professional experience in commercial property management
• Ideally, you already hold the federal specialist certificate in property management and are familiar with the W&W ImmoTop2 program
• Your confident and correct German language skills in spoken and written form as well as your confident appearance and good manners complete your profile
