Here you will be involved
- in appointment organization, patient reception, scheduling, triage, and handling all KISIM mailboxes
- in telephone contact with internal and external departments
- in administrative tasks & organizational activities
- in the laboratory, blood sampling & performing CTG
- as assistance in urogynecological assessments and minor diagnostic & therapeutic procedures
- in the provision of consumables and maintenance of equipment
You
- have a completed professional training as a Medical Practice Assistant or a Diploma in Nursing HF/FH
- have professional experience in the field of the women's clinic
- are flexible regarding changes
- are a team-oriented, efficient, open, and warm personality
- enjoy medical technology
- like to work independently and maintain good interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and the entire team
- have KISIM experience (advantageous)
