Your tasks
- Lead and manage a team both technically and disciplinarily
- Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure high productivity
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulations
- Drive personnel development and skill management to meet deadlines
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects successfully
- Implement Lean principles to improve processes and efficiency
- Conduct 5S audits and continuously optimize operational workflows
Your Profile
- Completed vocational apprenticeship with experience in a technical environment (aviation experience is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency
- Independent, precise, and responsible working style
- Proficient in German and English (B2)
- Strong MS Office skills
