- Support participants on their path to work and training – resource- and goal-oriented.
- Active acquisition of jobs and training positions; building and maintaining strong employer relationships in the region.
- Long-term expansion of your network with companies, partner organizations, and clients.
- Independent mandate management, project coordination, and close collaboration with clients and support circles (doctors, authorities, relatives).
- Co-responsible for the acquisition of IM participants and IV trainees.
- Sparring partner for internal specialists and external employers in the integration process.
- Development of creative, sustainable integration solutions; professional documentation and assumption of administrative tasks.
This is what you bring
- Experience in acquisition and network building – existing network desired; you sustainably maintain existing and establish additional relationships with employers in the region.
- Solid professional experience in industry or trade.
- Background in sales or customer contact – you communicate clearly, approach people empathetically, and inspire employers for our integration offer.
- Conceptual thinking, organizational skills, and experience in mandate management.
- Humanistic view of people and resource-oriented attitude towards others.
- Patience, energy, and perseverance for long-term integration processes.
- Independent working style and joy in responsibility and design.
- Confident handling of MS Office and driving license category B.
