Clerk Secretariat Command

The Secretariat Command supports the management of the Lucerne Police, namely the commander and his deputy, administratively and organizationally in fulfilling their tasks. Additionally, the secretariat also provides services to the legal department, the security and traffic police, and other areas within the corps.
Your tasks
- General administrative and editorial secretarial tasks
- Internal and external customer contacts in writing, in person, and by phone
- Organization of meetings, events, and (executive) occasions
- Appointment planning and management including pending item control
- Taking minutes at meetings, especially of the management
- Creation and management of evaluations and statistics
- Administrative support in complaints and criminal proceedings as well as in political inquiries and motions
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training
- High service orientation and quick comprehension
- Organizational talent, independence, and teamwork skills
- Confident expression and proficiency in common office applications
- Good contact and communication skills combined with a confident and friendly demeanor
- Discretion, reliability, and sense of responsibility
- Experience in a similar position in an administrative environment is an advantage
