About the job
As a central IT service provider with our own data centers, we are active in a wide range of tasks. In addition, our Competence Center Digital Administration supports the implementation of the digitization strategy of the Cantonal Administration of Thurgau. In this varied, exciting, and demanding work environment, we provide high-quality services for our customers, which include the Cantonal Administration as well as municipalities.

What tasks await you:
- You analyze disruptions and service requests around our data and integration platforms and ensure sustainable solutions.
- You monitor key KPIs (availability, latency, error rates) and derive improvement measures.
- You accompany releases in our CI/CD pipeline and ensure error-free deployments.
- Together with our suppliers, you design and develop new ETL/ELT pipelines and data loads.
- You document APIs & data services, maintain self-service guides, and train colleagues.
What profile should you bring:
- Degree in (business) informatics or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in 2nd-level support of data-driven applications or platforms.
- Practical experience in SQL, API debugging, ticket & monitoring systems as well as in ETL/ELT development.
- Basic understanding of cloud/container architectures and automation (e.g., CI/CD).
- Analytical, service-oriented, and communicative, even when it gets hectic.
