For our stations and public facilities on the RBS network, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Facility Management to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Deputize the Head of Facility Management
- Lead and coordinate a team of 10 employees in the area of station cleaning
- Ensure high-quality and timely cleaning of stations, platforms, waiting areas, sanitary facilities, and other infrastructure
- Contact person for employees, clients, and external parties
- Training and onboarding of new station cleaning staff
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and hygiene standards
- On-site inspection of cleaning work
- Participation in daily operations
- Organization and execution of transports as well as posting information for passengers
- Further development of facility management in cooperation with the department head
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a building cleaner HFP or caretaker EFZ or a comparable qualification in facility management
- You need several years of experience in the cleaning industry or facility management for this role
- You bring leadership experience in a similar position
- You have very good German skills, both spoken and written
- You are resilient, flexible, team-oriented, and assertive
- You hold a category B driving license
