RAV Manager / Personnel Consultant
Office for Industry, Trade and Labor | 80-100% | Samedan
The Office for Industry, Trade and Labor (KIGA) currently employs around 120 staff in six regions in the canton of Graubünden. In addition to public employment services (RAV), we organize labor market measures for job seekers and manage the cantonal unemployment fund. Furthermore, we carry out various tasks in the areas of labor market and occupational safety.
We are looking for a RAV Manager / Personnel Consultant (80-100%) for the RAV Samedan in the Employment Services Department starting February 1, 2026, or by agreement
- Personnel and professional management of the RAV Samedan with a team of about 5 employees
- Consultation and placement of job seekers
- Support for job seekers in their positioning and reintegration into the labor market
- Development and agreement of appropriate reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers
- Collaboration with various partner institutions (social welfare office, disability insurance, etc.)
- Maintaining contact with employers in the region
- Acquisition of open positions
- Professional qualification and several years of professional experience
- Ideally leadership experience as a team leader
- Federal specialist certificate as an HR specialist or willingness to complete this further training (alternatively social insurance specialist certificate)
- Knowledge of the local labor market
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- You are resilient and possess high social competence
- You have empathetic skills and are able to engage with people in difficult life situations
- You have very good communication skills and are a team player
- Good German and Italian skills as well as good IT skills are required
