Do you enjoy telephone customer contact and demonstrating your communication skills in challenging customer conversations and in several national languages on a daily basis?
As an Employee in Pre-legal Collection, you are responsible for your own customer portfolio and handle at-risk consumer credit claims. You are regularly in contact with customers, answer inquiries, and agree on solutions.
The following main tasks are the focus:
You independently manage a customer portfolio in connection with collection measures in German and French.
You independently negotiate payment agreements with customers and monitor their compliance.
Preparation and sending of reminders, contract cancellations, and invoices.
Initiation of enforcement measures such as debt collection or seizures according to defined processes.
Timely and competent handling of incoming written and telephone customer inquiries.

This is what we wish for
Commercial basic training, possibly supplemented with further training relevant to the area of responsibility (HF, certificate course in collection, SchKG, etc.).
Several years of experience in customer contact, preferably in collections at a financial institution, collection agency, or comparable companies.
Independent and responsible working style with a high quality awareness.
Resilient and service-oriented personality with pronounced communication skills.
Fluent in German and French, good knowledge of English, additional language skills are a great advantage.
