Your Challenge
- Holistic, needs-oriented, individual and professionally competent care and support of our residents in various teams
- Competent execution of nursing technical measures
- Electronic nursing documentation with easyDOK and participation in care needs assessment according to RAI-NH
- Regular rounds
- Additional tasks according to individual specifications
Our Desired Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ with professional experience
(for foreign qualifications, equivalent training recognized by the SRK) - Empathetic, flexible, resilient personality with a high sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Experience in night shifts
- Ideally professional experience in gerontological care in Switzerland
- Great joy in dealing with experienced, care-dependent residents
- Good communication skills with confident German language skills in spoken and written form
