Operator in the Packaging Area 50-60%

The role of the packaging operator is to correctly package the printed papers into envelopes using inserting systems. Various papers, paper formats, envelopes, envelope formats, and inserts are used. The goal is to complete each packaging order on time and with the correct quality according to the production order.

• Setting up materials and machines
• Packaging using the systems in C5 and C4
• Ensuring all envelopes are properly sealed
• Conducting random checks according to the supervisor's instructions
• Meeting deadlines according to the supervisor's instructions
• Reporting defects and quality issues
• Minimizing waste
• Updating the production order for downstream processes and billing
• Complying with safety-related requirements regarding work and data security

• Manual skills and experience in a production company are an advantage
• Precise and focused working style, even with repetitive, sometimes monotonous tasks
• Resilience even in hectic situations
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Flexibility regarding working days
• Excellent reputation (criminal record)
