Your role with us

• Responsibility for human resources and organizational development as well as corporate health management including case management
• Development and implementation of programs for executives, talents, and key personnel
• Support of change and transformation processes to increase agility and efficiency
• Leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team (7 employees)
• Deputy to the Head of Human Resources, including budget and strategy planning

This is how you convince us

• Completed master's degree in work & organizational psychology, business administration, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a leadership role in human resources or organizational development or BGM
• Sound knowledge in change management, diagnostics, competence development, and health management
• High communication and consulting skills, strategic thinking, and pronounced conceptual strength
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, combined with a willingness to shape and strong implementation skills
