Job Description

To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking for a motivated and empathetic Health Specialist (FaGe),
who enjoys caring for postpartum women as well as gynecological patients on our ward. In this versatile role, you will support our interprofessional team with expertise, commitment, and empathy – both in postpartum care and gynecological nursing.

• Professional care and support (in a tandem system) of our patients in the field of gynecology and our postpartum women and newborns in the maternity ward
• Monitoring and supporting the mother-child bond in the first days after birth
• Collaboration with certified nursing professionals, midwives, attending physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Active participation in the further development of nursing quality and interprofessional collaboration

Qualifications

• You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Experience in the field of gynecology/postpartum is an advantage
• Foreign languages are an advantage
• You are an independent, competent, and innovative personality, ready to take responsibility and cooperate in a team
• You possess high professional, social, and self-competence
