To strengthen our team in Kriens, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a
Travel & Event Coordinator
Your tasks
- Planning and organizing business trips (individual and group trips) worldwide for our employees, international partners, and guests
- Booking and coordinating flights, accommodations, transfers, visas, and other travel services
- Support in travel emergencies and last-minute changes or unexpected challenges
- Collaboration with our external travel agency for optimal handling of all travel matters
- Participation in the organization, coordination, and execution of international trade fairs, events, and training sessions
- Research and involvement in projects, concepts, and process optimizations
- Assuming general administrative and organizational tasks
Your profile
- Completed training as a travel consultant EFZ or a comparable qualification
- 1–2 years of professional experience in the travel agency industry, ideally with a focus on business travel
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; French and Spanish are an advantage
- Strong organizational talent and coordination skills, combined with a structured and quality-conscious working style
- Customer- and service-oriented thinking as well as a proactive, solution-oriented hands-on mentality
- High reliability and flexibility, if assignments outside regular working hours are occasionally required
- Team spirit and enjoyment of working in a dynamic, growing environment
