• Leadership, organization, and further development of the Order Management team

• Ensuring smooth order processing while adhering to internal and external regulations

• Optimization and further development of processes in the areas of work preparation and order processing

• Planning and coordinating resources to meet customer order deadlines

• Ensuring proactive communication with customers and timely responses to customer inquiries

• Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as production, sales, logistics, technology, and quality management

• Monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines and quality standards

• Ensuring compliance with compliance guidelines, especially in the area of trade compliance, as well as responsibility for the proper export and import of deliveries

• Creating reports to analyze production metrics and identify optimization potentials

• Completed studies or a commercial/technical training in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of leadership experience in order management, order processing, or a comparable position

• In-depth knowledge of production processes and manufacturing techniques

• In-depth knowledge in the area of export processing, customs regulations, and trade compliance

• Familiarity with international trade regulations

• Strong communication skills

• Solution-oriented thinking with a strong quality and service awareness

• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office

• Fluent in German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
