Our two-person ICT team provides IT services for our cantonal associations, Samaritan clubs, member organizations, and the office in Olten. The ICT supports and provides application solutions and modern digital work tools to optimally support our members – both in volunteer work and in their main profession.
To evaluate and implement versatile, interdisciplinary ICT projects and to further develop a Modern Workplace, we are looking for a proactive, service-oriented, and responsible person as ICT Project Manager.
Location: Office Olten | Start: April 2026 or by arrangement
What you can achieve
Independently responsible for the evaluation, planning, organization, and smooth implementation of
interdisciplinary ICT projects (especially ICT services and applications) including budget responsibility.
Support the digital transformation of the entire Samaritan Switzerland organization within the framework
of the follow-up strategy 2029 through technical consulting, implementation, and operation of suitable ICT solutions
and consider the complexity and dependencies in our network landscape in all tasks.
Provide efficient data management and BI solutions, support the specialist departments technically
and methodically in generating, analyzing, and using KPIs/dashboards, and enable
data-based decision-making foundations for process control/optimization.
Monitor project progress and create reports/reporting.
Coordinate release changes, change requests, interfaces, and/or replacements of ICT applications with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Optimize and expand ICT services, develop workflows, structures, and processes, and
ensure the introduction and use of new services by end users through training.
Act as a link between our network and external partners regarding data protection issues
and serve as the central contact person for their implementation.
Support your team member in 1st and 2nd level support during their absence and coordinate
3rd level support for all applications and IT systems with external service partners
(including Windows environment in the cloud, Abacus, Tocco, myLearning).
What you bring
Solid, several years of experience in IT and project management.
Experience in leading and implementing ICT projects with good knowledge of methods,
techniques, and tools from the field of project management.
Strong interest in innovative technologies, digitization, and automation topics.
Understanding of volunteer management and/or association management or non-profit
organizations (NPO) is an advantage.
All-rounder with analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills, structured and independent
working style, and organizational talent.
High service orientation and pronounced communication skills, both towards
internal and external stakeholders.
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French and Italian desirable.
Good knowledge of Windows environments, infrastructure, network technology (MS Windows Server
16/19/22, VMware, Microsoft 365, MS applications, Azure, networks, firewall, ICT security) is an
advantage to support ICT services and support.
Knowledge in data protection is an advantage.
