Medical Secretary at the Radiology Secretariat
We are looking for a medical secretary between 80% and 100% starting January 2026 within the Radiodiagnostic and Interventional Radiology Service.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, the CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The Radiodiagnostic and Interventional Radiology Service is the largest radiology center in the canton of Vaud, with more than 250 employees serving patients. Our teams of specialists offer a wide range of imaging examinations and radiology-guided interventions, all performed on a state-of-the-art technical platform.
Mission
- You ensure the proofreading, dispatch, and follow-up of radiological reports and consultations of the service's senior physicians
- You manage activities related to the secretariat
- You contribute to quality telephone reception within the secretariat
- You provide assistance in other administrative units.
Profile
- You hold a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification or the medical secretary diploma
- You demonstrate excellent oral and written command of French
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
- Autonomous and organized, you appreciate teamwork
- You are comfortable using standard computer tools.
