Department of Corporate Management and Entrepreneurship

To strengthen our team, we offer a goal-oriented personality the opportunity for scientific collaboration in research, teaching, and practical projects on the topics of strategy and entrepreneurship. We are a committed research and teaching department, and our activities also include continuing education offerings, projects, and events, which we primarily implement in the Bern Entrepreneurship Ecosystem.
Your main tasks
- Development and implementation of the dissertation project
- Cooperation in an internationally oriented research team
- Presentation and publication of developed research results
- Support in teaching offerings at the bachelor and master levels
- Cooperation with doctoral candidates
- Collaboration at the interface of science/practice
Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited university in the field of business administration or related disciplines
- Interest in empirical research in the department-specific subject areas
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- High reliability, independence, efficiency, and flexibility
- Structured and conscientious working style
