Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, highly independent personality for our HR team to whom we can entrust the professional responsibility for the entire personnel administration (from onboarding to offboarding including the creation of all documents such as contracts, agreements, etc.). You will be supported by two HR specialists:
- Responsibility for the complete payroll processing including the accounting of all social insurances for around 450 employees
- Independent handling of year-end tasks (social insurance accounting, withholding tax, etc.)
- Processing of accidents and illness-related absences
- Creation of complex evaluations and statistics
- Contact person for all administrative questions of employees on topics such as salary, family allowances, holidays, etc.
- Participation in HR projects
Qualifications
- Commercial training and at least 10 years of experience in a comparable position as the main person responsible for payroll/administration
- Further education in HR, preferably Payroll Specialist
- High IT affinity, very good SAP HR and MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- High process understanding (HR tools)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
- Service-oriented, flexible, team-capable, and open personality
- Independent, structured, and very precise working style
- Ability to work on and prioritize several topics simultaneously
