The Portfolio & Solution Delivery Sales Platform area is responsible for portfolio management as well as the implementation and operation of the sales applications of Zürcher Kantonalbank. We support the interaction between sales staff and customers through digital channels and applications.

The Pricing & Billing Experience aims to develop new pricing models for individualized product & service offerings for our customers and the bank and to create the desired price transparency.

Your tasks

Run & change tasks in the Pricing & Billing area in a DevOps environment
Gather requirements, develop and evaluate solution approaches, and create detailed specifications
Support implementation using agile methods, develop test plans, and conduct test cycles as part of releases
Create and take responsibility for features end-to-end - with a strong focus on quality and documentation
Collaborate with various departments such as sales, product management, legal department, IT architecture, and development
Ensure that the provision, maintenance, and operation of the pricing system are carried out according to valid processes and instructions
Support and represent the Product Owner in backlog prioritization, actively participate in agile rituals such as PI Planning and Sprint Reviews, and assist in preparing and conducting these events

Your profile

University or technical college degree, e.g., in Banking & Finance, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar
At least 5 years of experience in business engineering at a financial service provider and certification in business engineering (e.g., IREB)
Experience in project management of agile projects (e.g., SAFe)
High quality standards as well as a structured and precise way of working
Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as high IT affinity and SQL knowledge are desirable
Convincing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Dynamic, engaging, and integrative personality with a hands-on mentality
Very good German skills – additional languages are a plus
