The Biel Hospital Centre is expanding its ENT services, creating new opportunities for modern and patient-centred outpatient care.
In the ENT outpatient clinic, you will find a varied and responsible area of work with plenty of room for your own ideas and creativity. You will take on a central role in caring for our patients, coordinate important processes, and independently conduct nurse-led consultations.
In close collaboration with the medical team, you will actively contribute your nursing expertise to the further development and expansion of the ENT services. A new role will emerge, which you can help shape and which will grow with you.

Your Tasks – Our Position
- You coordinate and plan the surgery days of the ENT doctors at the Biel Hospital Centre
- You independently conduct nurse-led preoperative consultations and support patients before and after outpatient surgical procedures
- You conduct preoperative information sessions, distribute informational materials, prescriptions, and consent forms, and are the contact person for all questions regarding the upcoming procedure
- You support the medical team in the strategic expansion of the ENT services and actively contribute your nursing perspective
- You assist your colleagues during their absences due to holidays.
- You take on project tasks as part of the further expansion and contribute your own ideas for the development of the services
Your Skills – Our Requirements
- Completed training as a Certified Nurse HF/FH
- Strong independence and organisational talent as well as the ability to structure your working day responsibly
- Conscientiousness, reliability, initiative, and enthusiasm for helping to shape new structures
- Strong communication skills and empathy in contact with patients
- Good German and French language skills
- Confident use of digital systems
