About the job
Whether parking fines or traffic offenses – the Traffic Fine Center takes care of the quick and correct processing of fines.
Your tasks
• Preparing daily and monthly statements as well as manually recording received payments
• Integrating payment files, refunding incorrect payments, as well as recording and modifying fines
• Correspondence with private individuals as well as internal and external offices and providing telephone information
• General administrative tasks
• Performing security police operations (partly on weekends)
Your profile
• Commercial training, ideally with several years of experience in accounting
• Resilient, service-oriented team player personality who remains calm even in stressful situations
• Independent, efficient, reliable, and precise way of working
• A pronounced flair for numbers as well as good editorial skills
• Good knowledge of French (at least B1)
