SORA for young adults offers accompaniment, psychosocial support, education, and work integration for adolescents and young adults. Services include external small residential groups (women, men, and mother with child), outpatient individual and family support, as well as workplaces in a grain mill and with partner organizations.
The employees work according to systemic-solution-oriented concepts and increasingly align themselves with the principle of social space orientation.
The advertised position is in the area of work integration at the Schönenbühl grain mill in Kriechenwil.
- Collaboration in the grain mill in production and sales
- Collaboration in individual support, empowerment, and counseling for work and professional integration
- Minimum age 25
- In training at a university of applied sciences / higher vocational school in social pedagogy, social work, curative education, or agogy
- Enjoy working with adolescents and young adults
- Interest in craft and practical activities in the food sector
- Assertiveness
- Working days usually Monday-Thursday (if possible, training day on Friday)
- Acting in the interest of SORA
- No flour or dust allergies or physical complaints
- If possible, driver's license and driving experience
