Job Description
Your Mission and Your Team
As Lead Demand Generation, you are responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies to increase the lead pipeline for our products and services – with a focus on our software solution Wüest Dimensions. This has established itself as the leading solution for real estate management for institutional investors, banks, pension funds, insurance companies, developers, brokers, companies, and the public sector.
You lead a team of three employees with potential for expansion. Together with your team, consisting of experts in product marketing, website/CRM, and email marketing, you plan and execute all go-to-market activities for the group with a focus on Germany and Switzerland. This includes planning and executing multichannel campaigns, sales strategies, and paid campaigns. You work closely with sales, customer success, country-specific regional marketing managers, and product management to achieve measurable results and report to the Head of Group Marketing.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for strategy, pipeline, and campaign management for demand generation in alignment with corporate goals
- Development and implementation of the annual marketing plan for our SaaS solution in Germany and Switzerland
- Design and management of multichannel campaigns (paid, email, website, webcasts, ABM, etc.) to generate and nurture leads
- Coordination of communication for all go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Management of agencies for SEO/GEO, website, e-commerce, and paid media
- Leadership, support, and expansion of a team focused on pipeline creation and acceleration
- Coordination with product management, sales, customer success managers, and regional marketing managers to ensure consistent and up-to-date communication
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and lead funnel across all channels (paid, email, website, CRM, automations)
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Degree in marketing, communications, or business
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation (software/SaaS or real estate services), including at least 2 years in a leadership position
- Proven success in building and internationally scaling go-to-market programs and lead generation
- Extensive experience with digital marketing and AI tools, CRM systems, automation, and digital analytics
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical skills combined with KPI orientation and implementation strength
- High leadership competence and confident, persuasive demeanor in dealing with various stakeholders
- Excellent German skills (native) or fluent English, French is an advantage
